How to keep your clear iPhone case from turning yellow

Almost everyone who buys a clear phone case complains about it turning an ugly brown-yellow color after a few weeks. What causes this, and how can you prevent clear case yellowing?

The yellowing is caused by a chemical reaction between the TPU plastic and ultraviolet (UV) light from sunlight, as well as oils from your hands.

To prevent this, we build our clear cases using premium aliphatic TPU and hard polycarbonate panels. These materials are treated with UV-resistant inhibitors that slow down the oxidation process, keeping your case clear for much longer.
